**Shipping, Return, and Refund Policy**
Allow up to 10-15 business days for processing. Shipping times typically take anywhere from 4 to 10 days, and packages are not insured. If shipping to a PO Box, please also provide a physical address for UPS. Make sure you are shipping to a secure location. We are responsible for stolen packages.
You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package. Any returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees.
Please note that if you do not enter the correct billing address that is on file with your bank, we will not ship order until further verification is obtained. This is to prevent credit card fraud and protect us and our customers.
We are not responsible for packages once they have been delivered to your mailbox or left at your address. make sure you are shipping to a secure location or upgrade to priority mail shipping.
**PROCESSING TIME**
Orders are quickly processed and sent from our warehouse in Arkansas (unless stated otherwise in your item description). You will receive an email with a tracking number once your item has shipped
**SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY**
We currently ship to Canada Mexico, Australia, Finland, Ireland, Netherlands, Netherlands Antilles New Zealand, South Africa, the United Kingdom, and more, using USPS, DHL, or UPS. All rates are current estimates using our discounted shipping rates. We are not responsible for delays or any additional customs charges once the package leaves the US.

**Final Sale Policy**
- **Coupon Codes and Promotions:** Any purchases made with a coupon code, or part of Buy One Get One (BOGO) offers, are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
**Order Alterations, Cancellations, and Shipping Upgrades**
- To request an order alteration, cancellation, or shipping upgrade email shop.elegantellc@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing your order.
- will only be processed during customer service hours (Monday - Saturday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM).
- Requests made outside the 12-hour window or service hours cannot be guaranteed and may ship as per standard shipping guidelines.
**Defects or Damaged Items**
- Inspect your items immediately upon receipt.
- Report defects or damages within 3 days of delivery by emailing shop.elegantellc@gmail.com with your order number and images of the issue.
- Defects reported after the 3-day window will incur a restocking fee if returned.
- Items washed, worn, or with tags removed will not qualify for returns or exchanges.
**Returns**
Returns will be refunded to the same method of payment.
- Items must be returned in original, unused, and unworn condition, with all tags attached, no stains, smells, pet hair, or signs of wear. Include all packing slips.
- Returns must be received within:
- 30 calendar of receiving your order (U.S. orders).
- 35 calendar days for international orders.
- Returns past 30 days will incur a $45 restocking fee. Returns older than 45 days will not be accepted.
- Shipping are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
- Processing time for is 5-7 business days after receiving the item.
**Exchanges**
- Exchanges are allowed for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability.
- Must be requested within 10 days of the receipt of merch date.
- Items must meet all return guidelines.
- If the desired size/color is unavailable, refer to the return process for store credit.
